How to Convert EXR to TGA

EXR is the standard working format for VFX compositing, but game engines and real-time rendering tools typically expect more game-development-specific formats like TGA, which has been a staple in that world since Truevision introduced it in 1984. Converting EXR to TGA is common when a render, lightmap, or baked texture created in a VFX pipeline needs to move into a game engine's asset pipeline.
